The location was excellent, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The hotel was in the safe Embassy quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful, fluent in English. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of food to choose from.

The area where the hotel is located is very safe, and you can easily walk to different restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff members were very friendly and helped us with taxi arrangements. The hotel had a good breakfast spread, which included a variety of options to choose from. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a coffee machine.
The only downside we faced during our weekend stay was that the staff members had limited knowledge of English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. , the hotel was not easily accessible by public transport, which made it difficult to explore the city on our own.

The hotel had a good coffee machine and the room was clean, which was really important to us. the bed was comfortable too. Plus, the hotel was situated in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It made it really easy to get around.
They struggled to communicate with us in English and didn't seem to know what to do when we had issues.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby. the rooms are nice and spacious with comfortable furniture and a coffee machine. the breakfast is acceptable with a basic selection of food options for a healthy meal.
The staff needs to improve their language skills as not everyone speaks French or Arabic.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was really friendly and helpful. They spoke multiple languages and organized taxis for me. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had good facilities. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. the hotel is located in a safe area of the city, making me feel secure at all times. There are many great restaurants and cafes around the hotel, very convenient for me.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
